Your Satisfaction is guaranteed.  We have been in business since 1987 and customer service is our first priority. 

Inlay Policy:  Any piece of inlaid stone that falls out within 3 years of purchase will be replaced free of charge except for the cost of shipping.  Any stone/stones which the customer breaks will be replaced at current replacement value plus shipping.  You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs on returned items.

 If the piece you see online has sold, we can make another.  Pieces created by artists sometimes take longer to get to you - we think they're worth the wait.
