IS YOUR SITE SAFE AND SECURE?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER MY ORDER?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEND MY PURCHASE?

We hand craft each piece to serve the individual, this process can take weeks or days depending on the labor required. Our available rings ship within 1-2 weeks, special items and out of stock items can take 4-6 weeks depending.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US?

No. We currently ship exclusively to the United States. If you must, use our Contact page to submit a request to ship out of country. 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Domestic (US) shipping orders are free of charge :) We use UPS and send tracking numbers on each order. If you wish to have expedited shipping, you will need to cover the cost, just make sure you select "expedited shipping" at checkout.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you decide you want to cancel an order, Contact Us with the order number. If we've already processed/shipped your order then we will be unable as it will already be in the process of shipping. Regardless, let us know your situation and we will work with you to create the best outcome.

WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?

You should receive an email with your order number after you place your order. If you did not receive this email, please check junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us and provide your name with what you ordered and we will do our best to get it to you.

DO YOU HAVE A QUALITY GUARANTEE?

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If your products are flawed in any way and meet our Returns & Refunds Policy, we will gladly work with you on returning or refunding your purchase. 

WHAT DOES "BEING PROCESSED" MEAN? 

We have received your order and are preparing your order for shipment or local pick-up/delivery. If your order has been processing for more than a few days, you most likely placed the order on a Saturday or American Holiday. In this case, it will be fulfilled the next business day.

OH NO, I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we will do our best to take care of it, however, we can't make any guarantees. Typically, we place orders very quickly after processing. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error.
